Misuse of the bonus system or any attempt at fraud is a serious violation of vbd88's Terms. The following activities will be considered abuse:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on gaming activity and participation. VIP benefits are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. vbd88 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

vbd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any part of these Terms is violated.
• Fraud, money laundering, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The user voluntarily requests account closure.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• A self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.

If a verified balance remains at the time of closure (excluding bonuses), it will be refunded, unless it needs to be withheld for legal or regulatory reasons.
